Full time students MUST provide proof of full time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by fax or e-mail when submitting their registration and payment.

Passports, valid for at least 3 months from the entry into China, and entry visas are required to visit China. Participants are advised to consult the nearest Chinese diplomatic mission for details.
A single entry visa is valid for three months, and can be extended for an additional month at the Foreigners Section of the Local Public Security Bureau if necessary.
Once in China, the participants are advised to carry their passports on them at all times because the passports may be needed to check into hotels, book airline tickets, and change money. Participants from Japan, Singapore within 15 days do not need to apply visa to entry China.
For most attendees, it is easier to apply for a Tourist ("L") visa; an invitation letter is NOT required for obtaining a Tourist visa.
If some participants need type ("F") of visa that does require an invitation letter, the AIRS2016 local arrangement committee will be glad to help.
To apply for visas, participants should first fill out the registration form with the appropriate registration fee. The Conference Secretariat will then send a formal invitation form via email or fax with which the participants can apply for a visa at the Chinese diplomatic mission indicated in the invitation.
This application should be made preferably at least one month before departure for China.
Alternatively, participants may ask their travel agents to arrange their travel to China and obtain a tourist visa irrespective of whether or not they have registered with the Conference Secretariat.
If participants have any difficulties in obtaining their visa, they should contact the Conference Secretariat.
The Organizing Committee has secured accommodation for participants at advantageous rates in the WenJin Hotel (rated 5*), Unisplendour International Center Hotel (rated 4*). For those participants who have not reserved rooms, please make room reservation and arrange the payment by before Nov. 10, 2016. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.

A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CICCST from Oct. 30, 2016 upon receiving your deposit or all room cost. Any Change of the booking requested before Nov. 10, 2016

Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.
If you choose on-line credit card payment, 4% of the bank charges will be borne by the participant.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to CICCST. Refund will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given below:
